Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer / Lead - UI

Job Description

At Snapdeal,  we are looking for talented and self driven Software Engineers - UI to join our team. The ideal candidate is self motivated and detail oriented with experience working in a fast-pace software development environment.

Candidate Profile:

• Should be able to Develop and fix the issues for the e-commerce platform.
• Should be able to develop web Pages and write code of JavaScript / JSP.
• Can learn and implement new technologies quickly and effectively
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

●      Bachelor / Master’s degree in CS/ME/IT/related technology

●      3+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery

Required Skills:

• Should have 2 to 5 years of experience on Front-end or UI skills
• Should have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery etc.
• Should be well versed with converting Photoshop JPEGs to HTML/CSS
• Designing and implementing web interfaces that are scalable, extensible, and maintainable
• Understanding of Cross-Browser Compatibility Check
• Should be familiar with OOPs concepts ( PHP, ASP.net or JSP -- Should have worked any of these)

Must Have: Should be open to learn JSP.
