Job Description:

We are currently looking for Web Services and Reporting Developer. The requirement details are as follows:

Title: Web Services and Reporting Developer
Job Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 12-18 months 

Requirements:

• Must Have: HTML, Web Services, Ajax, SOA (Java or .NET either can be considered) AND Reporting Exposure
• Preferable: Experience with Force.com Apex Web Services API, Experience with any Reporting or Data Visualization tool like Qlikview, Spotfire, Tableau
• Nice To Have: Experience with any programming language like Ruby, Perl or PHP;  Conceptual Data Modeling

Proposed Scope of Work:

• Data model alignment – in Rel.#1 we need to bridge the gap between EDW data model and the SFDC data model
• There are two POC’s (proof of concept) that client is targeting.

1. POC 1: The goal would be to get a consolidated view of reporting for Sales Reps. The POC would strive to show report / data view from different domains (Sales Comp, EDW, SFDC and potentially other sources) in one reporting application (eg. SFDC).
2. POC 2: Test the concept of Integrated Data Store (IDS). The POC goal would be to get real time data from SFDC and store it in the IDS. This POC would test the use of TIBCO as the middle layer and its efficiency in handling real time data transaction flow between SFDC and IDS.
