Java/J2EE Programmer,Richmond, VA

**Candidate MUST be Sun Certified in Java. 

Strong candidate with 5+ years of real world J2EE Web Applications development with Oracle backend. Experience with Struts, Servlets, J2EE compliant Application Server, and Complete life cycle experience. Should be able to understand E-R Diagrams and write test cases. Will work on developing J2EE application using Oracle 11g, Hibernate, Weblogic, spring, struts 1.x etc. Will need to interpret functional requirements, elaborate these to technical requirements and code application based on that. Should be team player with excellent communication skills and problem Solver. 

Required Skill 

5+ Years of experience required in the following: 
J2EE, Java 
JSP, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, Servlets 
Web Application Server-Deployment and Monitoring 
Complete life cycle experience 

3+ Years of experience in : 
Struts, JNDI, JDBC, Hibernate, Springs 
XML file handling, CVS, LDAP 
Experience with E-R Diagrams, Writing test cases 
Weblogic 

MUST be Sun Certified in Java 

Desired Skill 

3+ Years of: 

Oracle 11g RDBMS, PL/SQL Programming 
SOAP, Web Service development 
JDeveloper, Oracle Application Server 

2+ Years of experience working with Financial Accounting systems 

Excellent written and oral communication skills
